INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING IMAGES INTO THE PARKWOOD CUP
Your TWO entries should be e mailed to the internal competition
secretary at the e mail address: int-
The images should be sent as an attachment rather than being embedded
in the e mail.
For WINDOW
attached to the e mail will appear as attachments and won’t embed
into the e mail (although following the same process as Mac users will
help the competition secretary).
MAC USERS, however, should create a
folder quoting their name (first and second name, exactly the same as
the name used in the image titles) in ‘Finder’ into which the 2
entries, correctly sized and named, should be added. This file should
then be attached to your email to the internal competition
secretary.
The images should be sized and named as instructed below.
• Width not greater than 1600px
• Height not greater than 1200px
• The image files should be saved in the colour space SRGB
• Your images should be named as follows:
• 01_Image title_Photographer’s name
• 02_Image title_Photographers name
• E.g 01_The Sunset_John Brown
It is important that these instructions are followed in order for the images to be
automatically loaded onto the competition software; otherwise the Competition
Secretary has to spend several hours completing the task manually, which he would
rather not have to do.
