I like the composition here with the leading lines that pull you into the image. The colours are a nice combination too. The picture does have a feeling of emptiness andI think it needs something else as a zing point. I do like the careful arrangement that avoids overlapping trees. |

Capturing streaking lights can be more difficult than it seems with a number of technical issues to overcome such as exposure and shutter speed etc coupled with the vehicles playing ball as well. This picture is a good example of what can be achieved. The contrast is a little high with some burnt out areas and I would have cropped the left a little but overal this is a good image. |

Some great atmosphere here and sharp detail throughout but it feels so empty and for me needs something in the middle foreground. Taking the picture a little earlier with colour in the sky often adds a rich deep blue hue in the sky area which this lacks with its black expanse. Having said that this could be a good historical record for the future. |

The composition here works really well as beginning at the bottom right it takes us across the image to the left then the trees and branches take us to the right. The colours of the fallen leaves and those still on the branches all work well too.As a minor point I wonder if a figure standing amonst the trees could have been an added extra? A nice image. |

There is a very nice quality to this. The pose works well and the monochrome conversion is very good with some good contrast and tones. The lighting is great although I wasn't sure initially with the reflection in the eye but now I realise this is an important part of this. Very nice indeed.. |

The light trails have been nicely caught here and the exposure for the bridge lighting is also good. For me the image needs cropping to concentrate the viewers attention. In particular the dark black sky needs cropping out. Another idea could have been moving to the left and making the bollard more of a feature in the foreground which could have balanced the image a bit more. Well done though for a different view of this famous bridge. |

This is a striking image and well done for capturing it. It is good to see the bird doing something and the eye to eye contact with the photographer is good. The image is a little noisy which has robbed the sharpness slightly but I like the story here. |

This is another night image where the exposure for the lit areas has been well taken. Unfortunately the sky area is very dark black and quite large so I would have cropped this down to a long rectangle concentrating on the well lit portion of the image space. The vehicle lights do add a nice extra touch. |

I like the idea here with having a close up wide view from beneath. The explosion of yellow is very good although I might have gone a bit further and enhanced the blue sky in post processing? Nevertheless, this is something different. |

The exposure and tones are very well controlled here and the lightest areas which catch our eye are the most important part of the image. The shadow areas also have nice detail. I debated to myself about the light areas in the background which are a little distracting but do also add extra detail to otherwise dark areas. The pose in particular is different but quite effective. |

The warm tones of the model, her clothing and the surrounding area give this image a strong feeling of autumn which I very much enjoy. The huge bright area to the top left is obviously the sun and although it is very burnt out it is an integral part of the story. It also shows how well controlled the exposure was and the balancing with reflectors I imagine to fill the shadow areas. Very nice indeed. |
